Poulsbo Woodshop and Office

This project involved designing a combined workspace for a woodworker in Washington, including a full-scale cabinetmaking shop, a smaller maker space, and an office and kitchen area. The layout was developed around the client’s workflow, equipment needs, and material movement, ensuring each space supported its specific function.

The work required coordination with energy, MEP, and civil consultants to address ventilation, solar power requirements, site conditions, and overall building performance. Our team produced a complete permit set that integrated these technical requirements and provided a clear framework for construction.

The result is a practical, well-organized environment that supports both production and daily operations for the client’s woodworking practice.
